Purpose of the website

The website nashe-ua.com is an informational resource for the Nashé brand and a direct online-order channel (via the web cart and our Telegram Mini App). Online orders are routed to our manager instantly through email and Telegram.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, graphics, and design on this site are the property of the Nashé trademark. Reuse of these materials without our written permission is not allowed.

Product information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, ingredient lists, and photographs consistent with the actual goods. If you notice a discrepancy, please let us know at [email protected].

External links

The site contains links to third-party services (Google Maps, Instagram, Telegram, Threads). We are not responsible for the content of those third parties.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure conversions across the order funnel and Meta Pixel to optimise advertising campaigns. Both services are activated only after your explicit consent in the privacy banner ("Privacy preferences" link in the footer), under three cookie categories: necessary (always active), analytics (GA4) and marketing (Meta Pixel). The full list of cookies used (_ga, _gid, _fbp, _fbc), their lifetimes, the scope of your GDPR rights (including the right to withdraw consent at any time) and the data-subject-request procedure are described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Order confirmation. After you place an online order, we send a confirmation by email and a message in Telegram. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour, please contact us at [email protected].

Cancellation before dispatch. As long as we have not yet handed your order to Nova Poshta, you may cancel it — write to [email protected] or reply to the confirmation message in Telegram.

Right of return. Under the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law (Article 13), distance-contract purchases of undamaged goods carry a 14-day return right. Perishable food products may be excluded from this right; a lawyer will clarify the exact wording in the final edit during Phase 10.

Disclaimer of liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for delivery delays caused by Nova Poshta that are outside our control, for outages of third-party services (Telegram, Mailgun, Google Maps), or for temporary downtime of the site itself during maintenance. We work to minimise such situations whenever possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from the use of the site or the fulfilment of online orders are resolved in accordance with the Ukrainian commercial code.
