At Nashé we make yogurts with simple ingredients and add nothing more. We mix the best ancient Greek traditions with some European tastes, which allows getting the most natural product possible every day. Our yogurts do not contain any of these horrible nutritional supplements. We only use the best raw milk from farms that do not use any kind of growth hormones such as rBST.
Nashé is more than 500 ml of best milk in each pot of yogurt, a very special soft cheese and Halloumi cheese.

First, as our ancestors did, we make what is kind of regular drinkable yogurt from the best milk with adding the correct cultures.
When it's ready, we strain the whey, the water in milk, and wind up taking about 75% of that water out. This means that to make one cup of Nashé yogurt we require about 4 times the amount of milk required to make a regular cup of yogurt.
As a result of this process, Nashé yogurt contains 2-3 times the protein count of standard yogurt. We now only got to add our home made confitures, pack it, and it's ready!
